(A) All facilities in the City of Paducah that are a combination of wastewater and storm water sewers shall be included in the assets transferred to the Agency.
(B) The Agency shall have the responsibility to maintain all combined sewer system facilities in the City of Paducah. The combined sewer system facilities visible on the surface, (such as inlets, grates, inlet throats, open-ended pipes, surface ditches, surface drainages and the like), and the connector pipe to the combined sewer main shall be maintained by the City of Paducah.
(C) The Agency shall be responsible for compliance with all environmental regulations and requirements for combined sewer overflow established by the commonwealth.
