§ 110.22 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter shall be enforced by any County Code Enforcement Officer or Citation Officer designated by the County Judge Executive.
   (A)   Code Enforcement Officer. The position of Code Enforcement Officer is created for the purpose of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter. By county order, the Judge Executive, with the Fiscal Court approval, shall appoint one or more officers or employees of the county to serve as the county’s Code Enforcement Officer(s). The Code Enforcement Officer(s) shall report directly to and be subject to the supervision of the Judge Executive or the Judge Executive’s designee.
   (B)   Jurisdiction. Code Enforcement Officers shall have jurisdiction to enforce and shall enforce the property maintenance code contained in this chapter and any other county ordinances that provide for Code Enforcement Officer enforcement or participation.
   (C)   Authority. Enforcement officers shall have the authority to enforce this chapter, which authority shall include, but not be limited to:
      (1)   Enter upon real estate for the purpose of inspection and enforcement of this chapter;
      (2)   Apply for and obtain a search warrant, if necessary;
      (3)   Declare real estate and conditions thereon a nuisance according to this chapter;
      (4)   Issue notices of violations;
      (5)   Monitor real estate and declare conditions thereon a nuisance;
      (6)   Enter upon the real estate and to cause others to enter on the real estate for the purpose of correcting a violation or otherwise to abate the violation;
      (7)   Present violations, cases, and matters to the Code Enforcement Board;
      (8)   File a notice of lien against the real estate;
      (9)   Cause the lien to be enforced;
      (10)   Take all other actions reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this code that require Code Enforcement Officer participation.
