§ 31.20 PRESENTATION OF CASES.
   Each case before the Board shall be presented by an attorney selected by the county, a Code Enforcement Officer for the county, or by a member of the county's administrative staff. The County Attorney may either be counsel to the Board or may present cases before the Board, but in no case shall the County Attorney serve in both capacities.
