There is hereby created, pursuant to KRS 65.8801 to 65.8840, a Code Enforcement Board which shall be composed of three members. Code Enforcement Officers and the Code Enforcement Board shall have jurisdiction over and shall enforce the property maintenance code and all other ordinances that provide for enforcement by Code Enforcement Officers or the Code Enforcement Board in the manner set forth herein. All members of the Code Enforcement Board shall be residents of the county for a period of at least one year prior to the date of the member's appointment and shall reside in the county throughout the term in office.
