§ 98.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any pawnbroker who violates any of the provisions of §§ 98.04 or 98.06 through 98.10 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500, and their county license shall be subject to forfeiture.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 98.01 through 98.10 for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 98.20 through 98.28 for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both, for each offense.
