§ 91.04 NON-EXCLUSIVE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE PROVISIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The county adopts the non-exclusive cable television franchise provisions providing for the term, selection of franchisee, franchise provisions and restrictions, rates, charges and fees as set forth in full in Ord. 2021-14. A copy of this ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the County Clerk.
