§ 30.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Violators of any provision of § 30.01 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor under the laws of the commonwealth and be fined up to $1,000 and/or up to one year in the county jail per violation.
