(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to cause or maintain the presence of any junk motor vehicle on public property or any private property, tract or parcel of land or portion thereof, occupied or unoccupied, improved or unimproved within the county.
(B) This provision shall not apply with regards to:
(1) Any motor vehicle on the premises of a lawful business enterprise when necessary to the operation of such business enterprise; or
(2) Any motor vehicle on property occupied and used for repair, reconditioning and remodeling of motor vehicles in conformation with the laws of the commonwealth or subordinate governmental unit.
(C) Nothing in this section shall authorize the maintenance of a public or private nuisance as defined herein or under other provisions of law.
