§ 110.02 DUTY OF MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.

No person owning, leasing, occupying or having charge of any property shall maintain or keep any code violation thereon, nor shall any such person keep or maintain such property in a manner that constitutes a nuisance or public nuisance.
