§ 30.08 COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM; SHERIFF’S OFFICE.
   (A)   The classification and compensation plan, pay differentials, criteria for training, qualifications and promotion attached to the ordinance codified herein and made part of, shall be the plan for all employees of the County Sheriff’s office. The plan may not be altered, except by Fiscal Court action. All status changes to an employee’s classification and grade shall be approved by the Fiscal Court in accordance with the “Criteria for Training, Qualifications and Promotion” attachment; or by agreement with the Sheriff for those positions for which criteria do not exist.
   (B)   The Sheriff shall file and maintain with the Fiscal Court a comprehensive list of job descriptions and specifications for all positions and differentials listed prior to the enactment of the plan.
   (C)   No part of this pay and classification is intended to conflict with or supersede any other requirement, regulation or standards as required by the state statutes.
