§ 93.018 REFUSAL OF ISSUANCE.
   (A)   The County Clerk shall refuse to issue a license if the applicant fails to comply with all of the terms and provisions set forth in § 93.017 above.
   (B)   Appeals of any such refusal by the County Clerk shall be taken before the Commonwealth of Kentucky Alcoholic Beverage Control Board as provided in KRS 241.200.
