§ 93.004 MANDATORY COMPLIANCE.

No person shall sell or possess for sale, give away, barter or exchange, or act in any way with regard to an alcoholic beverage, that violates this chapter or the applicable statutes and regulations of the Commonwealth of Kentucky applicable thereto, or cause, conspire or facilitate the same to be done.
