§ 91.03 INTERPRETATION.
   Any reference to County Cable Communication Authority in the foregoing sections of this chapter shall be interpreted and construed as the County Fiscal Court until such time as the Fiscal Court establishes a Cable Communications Authority by amendment thereto.
