§ 90.04 ENFORCEMENT AND COLLECTION.
   (A)   The County Tax Administrator shall be responsible for the enforcement of this license fee levy and the collection of the same.
   (B)   The Administrator shall deposit all receipts from this levy in an account to be known as the “Motor Vehicle License Fee Account.”
   (C)   The Administrator shall have the power, and it shall be his or her duty, to make and publish such rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer this chapter and to provide such printed forms as may be required for reporting, paying and receipting all such license fees and for all other requirements in the proper and efficient administrator of this chapter.
