(A) The County Fiscal Court shall provide an appeal procedure for owners of record who file a written statement of appeal in the Office of the County Judge/Executive within 30 days from the date the Code Enforcement Officer files his or her written report.
(B) In the event an appeal is timely filed, proceedings initiated hereunder shall be stayed until all matters raised on said appeal are resolved; otherwise, the Code Enforcement Officer shall proceed according to the terms of the written report and § 72.04(D).
