Pursuant to KRS 67.083(3)(j), the Code Enforcement Officer is authorized to go upon private property containing any structures intended for human and/or commercial occupancy of any kind which have been damaged by fire, explosion or structural collapse, and inspect said structures in order to determine whether or not said structures are readily susceptible to being repaired.
