(A) The State Building Code, promulgated in the State Administrative Regulations and the State Residential Code, promulgated in the State Administrative Regulations by the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction, Commonwealth of Kentucky, are hereby adopted in full as an ordinance of the county as if set out at length herein.
(B) A copy of the State Building Code and the State Residential Code is on file in the Office of the County Clerk, and the Clerk shall at all times keep a copy of said building code for reference.
(C) An attested copy of this chapter shall be transmitted to the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction of the commonwealth.
