(A) Employees of the city and county charged with executing the cooperative animal control program shall possess extraterritorial powers.
(B) While in the performance of their duties under this agreement, said employees shall have the right to exercise all powers they possess pursuant to state or local law in any territory within the county.
Further, while in performance of their duties hereunder, employees shall retain the immunities and privileges, if any, to which they are entitled by law.
