Pursuant to the Kentucky Interlocal Cooperation Act, KRS 65.210 et seq., the city and county do hereby agree to continue to cooperatively administer a single animal control program utilizing existing personnel and resources. Future facilities may need to be constructed and financed that are mutually agreeable to both parties.
