§ 50.08 SECONDARY ANIMAL SHELTERS.
   The Director of Animal Control or the Animal Shelter Director may for the causes of over capacity, refusal, inadequacy or exigent circumstances, shelter or impound animals at facilities other than the animal shelter. All fees, including impoundment and boarding, shall be paid by the county.
