§ 35.21 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS; MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   Allocation of motor vehicle rental license fee. The corporation has made a written request for funds from the county’s motor vehicle license fees to pay, in part, the principal and interest due on the interim financing through Citizens Bank & Trust Co., Paducah, Kentucky and/or the notes and to provide for the costs of such additional airport improvements as may be needed from time to time, and the Fiscal Court does herewith allocate to the corporation the motor vehicle license fee receipts for such purposes semiannually on May 31 and November 30 of each year for the purpose of promoting the economic development of the county, which receipts may be used by the corporation for its lawful purposes, including but not limited to the payment of such interim financing and/or notes and the costs of such additional airport improvements as may be needed from time to time; provided, however, such allocation may be terminated by the Fiscal Court on any May 31 or November 30, by ordinance of the Fiscal Court.
   (B)   Further acts and deeds. The County Judge/Executive, the County Clerk and the County Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge and deliver on behalf of the County all documents, and to do all things necessary or desirable for effecting this section, provided that neither the county nor any of its magistrates, commissioners, officers, employees or agents incur any general liability thereby.
