Any person, individual, or entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined the sum of $50 for each such violation. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation subject to an additional fine in the amount set forth above. Any such fines imposed shall be paid in full upon issuance of a notice of violation/citation to the McCordsville Ordinance Violations Bureau in accordance with the terms and conditions established under §§ 32.01 through 32.04, and all subsequent amendments thereto.
