(A) There shall be created an Ordinance Violations Bureau referred to as the “McCordsville Ordinance Violations Bureau”, pursuant to I.C. 33-36-2-1 et seq., and all acts amendatory or supplemental thereto. The Clerk-Treasurer of the town and/or his or her appointed deputy, shall be considered the Violations Clerk having the duties and responsibilities set forth under I.C. 33-36-2-3, including, but not limited to, the ability to accept the following:
(1) Written appearances;
(2) Waivers of trial;
(3) Admissions of violations; and
(4) Payment of civil penalties up to $250 on ordinance violation cases.
(B) Admission of violation and payments of civil penalties in excess of $250, specifically those shown in § 32.04 of this chapter must be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer’s office and not through the Violations Bureau:
(1) Refusal to extinguish;
(2) Third violation of Ch. 93 of this code of ordinances; and
(3) Fourth violation of Ch. 93 of this code of ordinances.
