Upon the revocation of any certificate of registration issued under the provisions of this chapter, the Town Manager shall make his or her findings and reasons for revocation and transmit them to the registered, whose license has been revoked, and a copy thereof to the Clerk-Treasurer. The holder of the certificate of registration, whose registration has been revoked, shall have the right of appeal to the Town Council in the same manner and in conformity with the same procedure set forth in § 110.06.
