§ 110.03  VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any itinerant solicitor or itinerant peddler not having been requested or invited on or upon any private property in the town by the owner or owners, occupant or occupants, of the private property, to go in or upon any private property for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares, merchandise and/or disposing of, and/or peddling, selling or offering to sell, or taking orders for goods, wares, merchandise or other articles for future delivery, or for services to be performed in the future, or to solicit charitable contributions without having on his or her person a certificate of registration secured from the Town Manager with the approval of the Chief of Police as hereinafter provided.
