The City Council may suspend, revoke or deny renewal of any sidewalk café license upon the violation of any license condition or of any provision or condition of this chapter, any other city ordinance, or of any state or federal law. Before the Council shall suspend or revoke any license issued under this chapter, the licensee shall be given at least ten-days' notice stating the time and place of the hearing and the charges against the licensee.
