(A) Any person engaged in the business of moving houses or other structures shall provide a certificate or policy of insurance in the amount of $1,000,000, conditioned for the payment of any damages sustained by the city resulting from the moving of any structure over and across any street, alley, crossing, or culvert within the city.
(B) Any license required by this section may be sued upon for the recovery of any and all damages sustained by any individual or corporation, and also any damages sustained by the city to any street, alley, culvert, or crossing caused by the moving of any structure over the crossings or culverts, either under the supervision of the principal or his or her agents or employees.
