§ 90.36 DANGEROUS DOGS AND/OR HYBRID ANIMALS; CONFISCATION, WHEN; COSTS.

   Any dangerous dog and/or hybrid animal may be immediately confiscated by the Police Department if the owner is in violation of §§ 90.33 to 90.37. The owner shall be responsible for the reasonable costs incurred by the Police Department and the animal shelter for the care of a dangerous dog and/or hybrid

animal confiscated by the Police Department or for the destruction of any dangerous dog and/or hybrid animal if the action by the Police Department is pursuant to law and if the owner violated §§ 90.33 to 90.37.
