§ 116.06 BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY AND METHODS REQUIRED.
   All operations for the recovery or production of oil or natural gas shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the agreements and promises made in the permit application, and all state and federal laws, including regulations of the state Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. All drilling and production operations shall be conducted in such a manner as to eliminate, as far as possible, dust, noise, vibration, or noxious odors, and shall be in accordance with the best available technology. The motive power for all pumping equipment shall be electricity.
