§ 112.15 REGISTRATION PERMIT; APPEAL OF DENIAL, REVOCATION.
   Any person aggrieved by the decision of the City Manager in regard to the denial of an application for a permit under this chapter or in connection with the revocation of a permit shall have the right to appeal to the City Council. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the Council, within 14 days after notice of the decision has been mailed to such person's last known permanent address, a written statement setting forth the grounds for appeal. The Council shall set the time and place for a hearing on such appeal and notice of such hearing shall be sent by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the permittee at his or her last known permanent address. The order of the Council on such appeal shall be final.
