§ 112.14 REGISTRATION PERMIT; REVOCATION.
   Permits issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked by the City Manager, after notice has been issued. The notice shall include the City Manager's reasoning for such revocation. Notice shall be sent by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the permittee at his or her last known permanent address.
