§ 96.26 APPEAL FROM ORDER PROCEDURE.
   Appeals from orders made by the City Manager or the duly authorized representatives pursuant to this chapter may be made by filing written notice thereof with the City Clerk within ten days after the order is received, stating in substance that appeal is being made to the order to the City Council. The City Clerk shall thereupon call the appeal to the attention of the City Council at the next regular succeeding meeting, at which meeting the appellant and the City Manager may present evidence. Action taken by the City Council on the appeal at the hearing shall be conclusive
