(A) The cost of construction, widening, or rebuilding of any sidewalk shall be levied upon the lot or lots or parcel of ground fronting and adjoining which the sidewalks are laid, widened, or rebuilt, by resolution, which shall specify the street upon which the sidewalk has been so constructed, widened, or rebuilt, the length and width of each sidewalk constructed, widened, or rebuilt, fronting on any lot or piece of ground.

(B) Corner lots shall be charged with the cost of the sidewalk as was required to be laid for the intersection of the walks abutting the frontage of the lots to the curb line.
