§ 94.10 DUTY OF CLERK TO MAINTAIN SIDEWALK RECORDS.
   The City Clerk shall keep a record of sidewalks built, rebuilt, or widened by the city, which shall contain the date the same was ordered, the time in which the walk is to be built, widened, or rebuilt, the width of the walk, upon what street and in front of what lot or parcel of land, with the distance from the lot line that the walk is required to be laid, the name of the contractor, the date of the contract, the date of inspection and acceptance of the work, with a proper space or column for the number of feet, rate per foot, charges for advertising and inspection, and with a space or column for summary or total of all costs and expenses made against any lot or piece of ground and other details as may be deemed necessary by the City Council.
