§ 94.08 REMOVAL OF SIDEWALK FOR BUILDING PURPOSE.
   Any owner, tenant, or lessee of any lot or any contractor or builder of any owner, tenant, or lessee, who shall take up or remove any sidewalk, crossing, flagging, or other material used as a sidewalk or crossing, for the purposes of building upon or improving any lot or property adjacent thereto, shall relay and replace the sidewalk, crossing, or flagging, within ten days after the wall of the first story of the building is constructed.
