§ 91.10 INVESTIGATION OF FIRE; REPORT.
   The Fire Chief, or other person as he or she may designate, shall investigate the cause, origin and circumstances of every fire occurring in the city. The investigation shall be begun within two days after the occurrence of any fire. The officer making the investigations shall forthwith notify the State Fire Marshal, and shall within one week of the occurrence of the fire furnish to the State Fire Marshal a written report of all facts relating to the cause and origin of the fire and other information as may be called for by the form provided by the State Fire Marshal.
