The official Corporate Seal of the city shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk, and shall bear the following inscription, "City of McCook, Nebraska. Incorporated as City of First Class December 21, 1933." The City Clerk shall affix an impression or representation of the official seal to all licenses, permits, ordinances, and all other official papers issued by order of the governing body and countersigned by the City Clerk.
