§ 90.44 CONFINEMENT OF ANIMALS TO PREMISES WHEN PUBLIC SAFETY ENDANGERED BY RABID ANIMALS.
   Whenever, in the opinion of the City Manager, there is imminent danger to the public safety from rabid animals, it shall be his or her duty to issue a proclamation directing all persons owning, keeping or harboring any animal subject to rabies to confine it to his or her premises or, while not so confined, to have the animal on leash until the danger has abated.
