§ 90.32 OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PICK UP WASTE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow their dog, cat, and/or hybrid animal to defecate on public property without cleaning the feces from the area. Public property includes city sidewalks, streets, parks, and all other public ways, grounds, or any other parcel of property owned by the city.
