§ 72.25 HANDICAPPED PARKING INFRACTION.
   Any person found guilty of a handicapped parking infraction shall be fined not more than $150 for the first offense, not more than $300 for a second offense within a one-year period, and not more than $500 for a third or subsequent offense within a one-year period.
