§ 72.07 PRIMA FACIE PROOF OF RESPONSIBILITY.
   The fact that a vehicle, which is parked in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, is registered in the name of a person shall be prima facie proof that that person was in control of the automobile at the time of the parking.
