§ 55.03 STATE REGULATION.
   The city shall apply for a license to operate the transfer station. Application shall be made to the Department of Environmental Quality on forms provided by the Department. It shall be the duty of the Public Works Director to comply with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Department of Environmental Control for the use and operation of the transfer station.
