§ 52.30 INDUSTRIAL FIRE MAINS; CHARGE.
   If proprietors of lumber yards, manufactories, flouring mills, halls, stores, elevators, warehouses, hotels, or public buildings, whose establishments are regular consumers of water from the city waterworks, wish to lay larger pipe with hydrants and hose couplings, to be used only in case of fire, they will be permitted to connect the hydrants with street mains at their own expense, upon application to the Utilities Director, and under his or her direction, and will be allowed the use of water for fire purposes only, free of charge.
