§ 52.10 REGULATIONS ENFORCED BY POLICE DEPARTMENT.
    It shall be the duty of the municipal police to report to the Water Department all cases of leakage and waste in the use of water and all violations of the municipal code relating to the Water Department. They shall have the additional duty of enforcing the observance of all regulations.
