§ 51.036 DISCHARGE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.

Any person permitting the discharge of water into a storm sewer or watercourse shall comply with all federal, state, and municipal rules and regulations. The person shall either obtain the required permits from the state Department of Environmental Quality or connect to the city's sanitary sewer system as provided in this chapter.
