§ 37.48 LEAVE OF ABSENCE.

A leave of absence with or without pay may be granted by the City Manager to any person under civil service. The City Manager shall give notice of the leave to the Commission. All appointments for temporary employment resulting from the leaves of absence shall be made from the eligible lists, if any, of the civil service.
