Except as otherwise herein specifically provided, the definitions, terms, provisions, and conditions set forth under the state Housing Agency Act are hereby adopted by reference, as they now exist, or may hereafter be amended, for the operation and management of the Housing Agency, and the Housing Agency Commission shall fully comply with and be governed by the terms of the state Housing Agency Act.
