§ 35.048 STATE RULES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

The Rules and Regulations Relating to Public Health, Department of Health of the state, are hereby incorporated by reference when the same are applicable to the city, in their present form and as they may hereafter be amended. Three copies of the pamphlet are filed at the office of the City Clerk and shall be available for public inspection at any reasonable time.
