§ 176.02 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
   No person, whether as parent, guardian, or custodian of a person 1 7 years of age and under, shall knowingly permit such person unaccompanied by a parent, guardian or custodian, to be on the streets or other public places within the village in violation of § 176.01.
