No person under the age of 18 years old unaccompanied by their parent, guardian or custodian, shall be on the streets, or other public place within the village between the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. of the succeeding day. Any person 17 years of age and under, who is unaccompanied by their parent, guardian, or custodian, but engaged in lawful employment, shall not be deemed in violation of this chapter.
